Background:
The Black Bear Honey box was my senior design project that I did for my User Experience class in 2017. I built off of the design in 2018, creating the marketing materials and brand guidelines.
Design:
Black Bear Honey was a UX, branding, and packaging project . I wanted this product to be a piece that a consumer would want to display at home.
The main focus was to design with texture in mind. I went for a higher end, more durable box design, that has a fun honey comb pattern. The inside of the box can be accessed by pulling the tab. Inside is a little surprise; black bear fur. The fur ties into the playfulness of texture and user experience.
